Ramadan will begin on August 10th or 11th, we will post the official announcement once the decision is made.
We are taking sponsorships for the community iftars. If you would like to sponsor one, please see Br. Nadim or Br. Idrees at the masjid. Sponsorship rates are,
Gold Sponsor – $2,400
Silver Sponsor – $1,000
Bronze Sponsor – $600
Alhamdulillah based upon confirmed local sightings, Eid is officially announced for Sunday September 20th.
Prayer will be held at 9am at the masjid. There will be only one jamat, so please make sure you are on time.

Alhamdulillah the moon for the month of Dhil-Hijjah was sighted on Friday. Therefore Saturday Nov 29 was the first of the month and Eid will be on Monday December 8th.
InshaAllah we will conduct 2 prayers. The first Salat will be at 8 am and the second Salat at 9:30am. Please plan to arrive early and carpool.
We encourage everyone to celebrate Eid with their children. A letter excusing them from school on that day is attached to this email.
EID MUBARAK!
Eid-ul-Fitr is approaching and this year Eid will be on a weekday. Everyone with children is encouraged to excuse their children from school that day in order to let them experience and enjoy an Islamic Holiday.
