Imam Siraj Wahhaj is imam of Al-Taqwa mosque in Brooklyn, New York and the leader of The Muslim Alliance in North America (MANA). The lecture will start right after the isha prayer inshallah.
Additionally, the Masjid al-Islam from Dallas will speak about community engagement, their highly attended Day Of Dignity and Humanitarian Day events and numerous other dawah & outreach programs. Come attend this lecture and help your neighboring Masajid!

Qalam Institute will be holding it’s first class at the Plano Masjid on July 25th insha’Allah. One of the original goals of Qalam was to begin uniting the Metroplex around knowledge and insha’Allah we hope to get the community gathered for the Believer Meter class on July 25th – 11am to 6pm in Plano.
This class will be taught by Imam Yaseen (Plano), Imam Nadim (Arlington), and Imam Nasir (Colleyville).
The course will cover the characteristics of the believers found in the Qur’an and will focus on select passages highlighting these.
As always, the class is free, and everyone is encouraged to attend. Come and learn in a professional manner from our local scholars and meet many new families at the same time.
